I want to talk about the work ive been doing to try and find a good gastropariesis friendly way of eating that allows me to get the nourishment i need, but doesn’t leave me feeling nauseated, or worse, triggers a flare.

If you see me mentioning my diet, please know I am re-learning how to eat with this condition and feeling out what my body likes, what it tollerates, and what i can’t tollerate anymore, and it has nothing to do with a traditional “diet”, but i will be talking about things being low carbohydrate, high protein, higher fiber ect. This is to find foods and options that are physically digestible for my body. There is 0 to do with weight or appearance here.
No diet culture here, just self-experimentation while I learn to keep myself alive with gastropariesis, and try and do so without getting malnourished.
